Nate's First Haircut!!!

Well Nate had his first haircut today! we are so excited because now he can have his big boy hair do! He was very good! there was no crying involved which is always a plus and as you can see from the pictures as soon as i pulled the camera out he was all smiles! After our hair cut we went to the Springtown 8th grade volleyball games (our neighbor is on the team) nate had a blast when we first got there it was really loud and for all that know nate he HATES loud noise! so he of course started crying but by the end of the game he was screaming, i mean screaming, for the girls! at first we thought he was crying again but he was just yelling DIG girls DIG! he loved it! and as u can tell he was very worn out from all the cheering that he did! Have a Happy Halloween!!!!

So me and nate went to get the mail today and nater had a package! His Nana and Pop Pop had sent him a Halloween card and shirt! so he wanted to thank them! We love you!!

No not that! the need to redecorate all the time! so ive done it again! i was so proud of myself with this one because i spent no money except the paint....the rest was stuff from around the house! my husband said that just means i have WAY too much stuff....but does he know! haha well what do u think???

Not so Sleepy Boy....

So the past few days my little man has been giving me a fit to go to bed everynight. Here is just another night were he had already wore me and dad out so we left he to his self!!!

The past couple times i've went into Nates room after a nap or in the mornings this is how i've been finding him!! Last night i was layin in bed doing some homework and he was making a lot of noise i looked at him through the monitor and he had pulled his bumper down and laid his head on it like a pillow!

Why watch tv and sleep of course!!! Nana and Pop Pop stopped by the house after the big day at the drag races in Ennis this weekend. I had a very crazy day that day. I decided to make homemade cookies and pork chops on the grill with steamed veggies. Well i started out with the homemade cookies and lets just say i am no Nana or GiGi when it comes to cooking or baking! they were undescribable! they tasted like a sponge with nonmelted chocolate chips! they were horrible! and of course dad just kept saying "they're delicious" and then laughing! Then i went out to start the grill which is a new thing i am startin instead of makin my husband do it when he gets home from work, well i went out there turn on all the knobs, turned on the propane, and then hit the button and BAM! it blew up right in my face!! i swear i thought i lost my lashes and brows! Then to top it alll off i had made a fall centerpiece for my table and i was moving it out of the way to set the table and i went to sit it down and the vase busted in my hand!!! I cut two fingers and lost my centerpiece!

Like with cousin Colt the best pics come from the Bumbo! Well I can't believe Nate will be 6 months old this month! It's crazy! In the past month he has cut his two bottom teeth, began to log roll, and pulling up on his hands and knees and rockin, i swear it looks like he is goin to just take off at any time!!
